The Cape Town International Jazz Festival will hit the Mother City for the 10th time this year on the 3rd and 4th of April. The Festival will be a star studded event as always and consisting of 2 nightsm, 5 stages and 40 African and International artists. This is the brain child of Rashid Lombard who kick it of with ESP Afrika and has maintained the organisers vision, of the festival being a platform to showcase Africa's best and most talented. “We maintain the 50/50 split between African artists and musicians from the rest of the world. We have also stuck to our formula where the Cape Town International Jazz Festival brings together jazz and other jazz-related experimental genres”, says festival director Rashid Lombard.
