THE four-star Protea Hotel Umhlanga Ridge will open in July.Situated in Umhlanga, 20 minutes from Durban’s CBD, the hotel will offer a restaurant, bar, coffee shop, swimming pool, conference facilities, a lounge, a piazza and retail outlets.
All guest bedrooms will incorporate individually controlled air-conditioning, 81cm LCD colour TV, a choice of satellite TV channels, tea-/coffee-making facilities and mini-bar counter, fridge and amenities.
Conference facilities accommodating up to 100 delegates, executive boardroom-style rooms catering for up to 20 delegates, a reception and pre-assembly area are available.
