Day 5 - Day 7

After breakfast you will check out and start your trip along the Garden Route. Driving along the N2 you will go through many little towns. Just outside Riverdale you will find the turn off to Stilbaai, leading you to your next destination. Jongensfontein (Young fountain), undoubtedly one of the best surfing spots along the Garden Route.
You will spend two nights' at this surf spot with a good point break on a reef 500m offshore.
Only 3 hours from Cape Town or 90 minutes from George, Jongensfontein is the first of many epic points along the eastern seaboard of South Africa.

3 breaks available to you on days 5-7

Day 7 - Day 9

Leaving Jongensfontein you will travel on the Garden Route to Mosselbay, your next destination for two nights' accommodation.

A warm, relaxed and friendly welcome awaits you in Mossel Bay. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at a nearby beachfront restaurant, and dinner at a well-known seafood restaurant. The main wave at Mossel Bay point has big walling waves that trick you into paddling too far. This wave gets really good.

4 breaks available to you on Days 7-9

Day 9 - Day 11

After a hearty South African breakfast you are on your way to Victoria Bay for two nights' accommodation.
Nestled in the beautiful charming Victoria Bay lies a perfect and unspoilt little secret where even the whales spend their time frolicking in the bay.

An acknowledged gem of the Garden Route, Victoria Bay is tucked away between the cliffs, with its own sandy beach and safe tidal bathing pool, this bay is probably only 150 metres wide. The right side of this little bay, an established holiday getaway for the fortunate few who have a house at the water's edge, is a point that produces perfect point break walls

An ideal haven that works all year round.

Home of the Southern Cape Surfer, Victoria Bay is a classic setup on a small scale.

4-5 Breaks in close proximity on Days 9-11

Day 11 - Day 14

After some good waves and good company in Vic'Bay you will head off to Jeffreysbay or J'Bay as it is more commonly know.

Jeffreys Bay: where dreams become a reality! It is ideally positioned to ensure the swell will form the perfect wave. Known since the 1960's as one of the best waves on the planet, not much has changed since surfers first discovered the point that creates rides of up to 800 m in length. The town has grown, the sand dunes have been flattened but each year the swell still arrives and is eagerly anticipated by local surfers who have dedicated their lives to riding the perfect wave. Surfers from all around the world, make the pilgrimage to the Mecca of surfing to join them at one of the many surf breaks that give J'Bay the reputation it entirely deserves.

Close by is St. Francis and Cape St. Francis two places famous for good breaks. Cape St Francis is a small coastal hamlet surrounded by nature reserves and a pristine 5km beach encompassed by 2 points, Shark Point and Seal Point, offering a world class surf reef and point break. St. Francis is home to Bruces Beauties. The clean, mean, green jewel of South Africa. There are a couple of misconceptions about Bruce's. Firstly, it doesn't break that often, but does break at least 15 to 20 times a year. It's not as rare as has been made out. Secondly, when it's perfect, that does not mean it's a gentle hotdog wave. Far from it! This wave cranks down the point at St Francis like a runaway steam train.

6 breaks available to you during the Days 11-14

Day 14

After a quick surf, it's time to head off to Port Elizabeth Airport to connect with your flight home.
