Big screen surf videos, some of SA's best indie bands and more will be happening at the Mahala Surf And Music Festival, set to rock out on Friday the 12th of June in partnership with Zigzag Magazine.
Travel + Leisure Magazine has just completed its 2009 Worlds Best Service Awards, asking its readers to nominate destinations around the globe that "really deliver". The results were published in the magazine's June edition, and Sabi Sabi is honoured to have been voted as 7th best hotel overall in the world, the only South African establishment in the World's Top Ten category. In the regional category Sabi Sabi was voted 2nd best on the African continent.

Former Deputy Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, Rejoice Mabhudafhasi, has been named as the Deputy Minister of that department.
Last night we were excited to have a large Leopard toad in the garden around our offices. I grabbed my camera as i have not been priveleged to get this close to a leopard toad before. He/she was very calm and allowed me to get up close to shoot away with my EOS400. How do you know the sex of a toad or frog can anyone please tell me? Brent
